In an effort to bring affordable high-quality dentistry to every patient, we accept many forms of payment and will work with work with your PPO dental insurance provider on your behalf to maximize your benefits.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. All treatment is to be paid in full on the date of service unless you have made other arrangements with our office prior to treatment being started.
Insurance Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality, affordable dental care.
Although we are out-of-network, we can bill most PPO insurance plans. If you have PPO coverage, please bring your insurance information with you. We can preauthorize coverage when necessary and will provide an estimate of how much your plan may cover. Our team will do everything possible to help you maximize your dental benefits.
As a courtesy, we aim to collect only the estimated patient portion at the time of your visit, then bill your insurance for the remainder. Please note: For patients with Delta Dental, full payment is required at the time of service.
Please keep in mind that your dental insurance policy is a contract between your employer and the insurance company. You are ultimately responsible for all professional fees, regardless of insurance coverage. Any financial estimates we provide are based on the information available at the time and are not a guarantee of payment.
Regardless of insurance limitations, our recommendations are always based on what is best for your oral health. We are dedicated to providing you with the highest standard of care.

Cancellation Policy
We reserve time on our schedule for your dental appointment. Our office cancellation policy is 2 business days. All appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 2 days’ notice, regardless of the reason, will be charged a missed appointment fee.
