In an effort to bring affordable high-quality dentistry to every patient, we accept many forms of payment and will work with work with your PPO dental insurance provider on your behalf to maximize your benefits.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. All treatment is to be paid in full on the date of service unless you have made other arrangements with our office prior to treatment being started.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve time on our schedule for your dental appointment. Our office cancellation policy is 2 business days. All appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 2 days’ notice, regardless of the reason, will be charged a missed appointment fee.
